Comspective have a practical consultancy track record spanning over 18 years. We have gained extensive business and technical knowledge managing the design, deployment and transfer into operational support of many of the most high profile and complex Customer Engagement Omni-channel Contact Centre projects across EMEA. These have included projects with AXA, TUI, EoN, Direct Line Group, EE, Vodafone UK, and Ireland, Du Telecom, Yota, Affinion, FCA and Think Money.

Our focus is on design, delivery and operational implementation of customer-centric, IT, telecommunications and business strategies, which deliver major change, real innovation, and business benefit.

We have operated at all levels (performing roles from Programme Delivery to Technical Design and Architecture and in senior interim roles up to CEO) with a team of over 100 highly skilled and practical individuals for both private and public sector clients, across the world, in new business start-ups as well as major strategic transformations for established blue-chip businesses.

Comspective are able to reference many examples where we have been contracted to architect and de-risk a business critical IT and communication solution accompanied with a flexible and robust service model. On many occasions we have then led the procurements to secure commercially off the shelf based technology, often working with strategic suppliers to develop applications to enhance the user interfaces and tools are customer’s operations demand. We tailor the services to deliver the most value over the whole-life term of the contract. Added to this is our unique understanding of how information and records should be architected within a system and our best practice tools to facilitate the effective interaction of people with the system.
